With the immune enhancing additive of 868 bacteria polysaccharide,the concentration for adding is 40 mg/ml,the variation of the antibody yield of Trionyx synensis was observed.The results showed that 868 bacteria polysaccharide can promote the antibody yield of Trionyx synensis.
