摘要
探讨了８６８细菌发酵产物作为鱼饵料添加剂对鱼肉质的影响。结果表明，８６８菌作鱼饵料添加剂在提高鱼产量的同时，并不影响鱼肉质及体型，而某些品质如脂肪含量、氨基酸含量及含水量有不同程度的改善。
