摘要
多糖是由醛糖或酮糖通过脱水形成糖苷键,并以糖苷键线性或分枝连接而成的链状聚合物。本文就多糖的初级结构和高级结构测定及应用做了综述,初级级结构常用的测定方法有化学分析法、仪器分析法、生物学分析法,高级结构常用的测定方法有X射线衍射法(XRD)、原子力显微镜法(AFM)、电子显微镜(EM)、扫描隧道显微镜(STM)、核磁共振(NMR)、圆二色谱(CD)。目前多糖在医药、食品、动物生产、烟草、化妆品、环境治理等领域应用广泛。
when Aldose or Ketose is dehydrated,they form glycosidic bond.Then these glycosidic bond linear or branched link together to form chain polymers.The overall primary structure,advanced structure and applications of polysaccharides were discussed.Chemical analysis methods,instrumental analysis methods and biological analysis methods were common methods in determination of primary structure of polysaccharides.The advanced structure determination methods were x-ray diffraction,atomic force microscope,electron microscope,scanning tunneling microscope,nuclear magnetic resonance,circular dichroism,etc.Currently polysaccharides are widely used in medicine,food,animal production,tobacco,cosmetics and environmental improvement.
