摘要
随着社会经济的发展以及高职院校教育改革的深入,顶岗实习成为了高职教育教学体系不可缺少的环节和重要的教学组织形式,也是人才培养的重要阶段,但同时使得这一时期的学生党建工作面临着巨大的挑战。文章通过分析顶岗实习学生党员特点、存在的问题以及教育管理面临的挑战,对进一步加强和改进顶岗实习学生党员教育管理提出了一些建议。
With the social-economic development and the deepening reform of higher vocational education, the post practice has become an indispensable part of higher vocational education teaching system, an important form of teaching organization and an important stage of personnel training, but at the same time it causes the student party building to face with enormous challenges in this period. This article proposed some strategic suggestions to further strengthen and improve the education management of post practice student party members by analyzing the characteristics of post practice student party members, the existing problems and the challenges facing the education management.
