摘要
学生预备党员教育培养是高职院校党建的重要组成部分,顶岗实习是实现工学结合和产学结合人才培养模式不可缺少的重要环节。在顶岗实习期间加强预备党员的思想教育,是一个值得深入探讨的课题。本文从高职院校在外实习学生预备党员的实际情况出发,提出了顶岗实习期学生预备党员思想教育的措施。
Education and training for student probationary party members is main part of party building in higher vocational college.Post practice is an important link in realizing talent cultivation mode of combination of study with work and study with production.It is worthy to be studied in reinforcing ideology education of probationary party members during post practice.This article analyses actual situation of student probationary party members outside practice,puting forward corresponding measures.
