摘要
高职院校学生顶岗实习期间,学生的党建工作一直以来存在着很大难度。建立一套切实可行的学生顶岗实习期间党建管理模式,是新形势下高职院校党建工作中急需认真研究并解决的问题。可在分析学生党员自身、学校管理以及顶岗实习环境等因素的基础上,探索新的党建模式,并建立可行的管理方案。
Party construction has been in great difficulty for higher vocational students in the course of internship. Establishing a set of feasible Party Building Model for higher vocational students in the course of internship is a serious problem which needs careful study and solution. Through analysis of student members, school management and internship environment factors,the paper has explored a new model and proposed a feasible management scheme.
