摘要
人才培养模式是教育教学实施的主要途径。新疆高校"双语"教育有着自身独特的特征,其人才培养模式也是近几年积极探索的热点。但探索的背后是对人才培养模式有效性评价研究的相对不足。基于人才培养模式概念及其理论的分析,提出构建新疆"双语"人才培养模式有效性评价的基本模型,并就其内涵进行一定的探析,为进一步完善新疆高校"双语"人才培养模式提供参考。
