摘要
由对双语教学实践的思考出发,分析双语教学与学校和教师关系密切的几个问题,明确了双语教学的概念,就如何充分发挥教师在双语教学中的作用,双语课师资的培养途径,合理可行的双语课堂教学模式确立以及建立有效的双语教学管理机制涉及到的问题等进行了详细的论述,指出双语教学质量的提高是一个循序渐进的过程。
From the thought of bilingual teaching practice, several close issues between bilingual teaching and school and teachers are analyzed. The concept of bilingual teaching is clarified. Also, following questions such as how to bring teachers into play fully, what are the effective ways to cultivate bilingual teachers, how to constitute bilingual teaching model in classroom, and issues concerning how to establish effective bilingual teaching management mechanism are discussed elaborately. The improvement of bilingual teaching quality must follow the principle of gradual improvement.
