摘要
目的:探讨肛肠病患者术后疼痛的各种影响因素及处理措施。方法:总结肛肠病术后疼痛的主要病理机制。结果:针对肛肠病术后疼痛的诱发因素,结合手术、药物应用及护理提出了具体的防治措施。结论:围手术期内针对不同的病因病机,采取适时有效的治疗方法,是防治肛肠病患者术后疼痛的基本途径。
Objective： To investigate the various influence factors of postoperative pain with anorectal diseases patients.Methods： To summarized the pathological mechanism of postoperative pain with anorectal diseases.Results： According to inducing factors of postoperative pain with anorectal diseases, puts forward concrete preventive measures illustrates by surgery, medicine and nursing.Conclusion： Take timelyand effective treatment methods for different causesin the peri-operative period, it＇s the basic way to prevent and treatment with postoperative pain in anorectal diseases patients.
