摘要
为探讨痔痛宁软膏治疗混合痔术后疼痛、水肿的疗效，将120例混合痔术后并发疼痛、水肿的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各60例。治疗组用痔痛宁软膏纳肛，对照组用马应龙麝香痔疮膏纳肛，均每天2次。结果显示，在止痛方面，治疗组显效率（80．0％）明显高于对照组（51．7％），P〈O．05；在消肿方面，治疗组显效率（86．7％）明显高于对照组（63．3％），P〈0．05。结果表明，混合痔术后应用痔痛宁软膏的止痛、消肿疗效优于马应龙麝香痔疮膏。
This study was to investigate the efficacy of Zhitongning ointment used for pain,edema after op- eration for mixed hemorrhoids. The 120 patients with mixed hemorrhoids who were complicated with pain and edema after operation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 60 cases for each;treatment group received Zhitongning ointment externally using into anus;control group, Mayinglong shexiang zhichuang gao（ointment for external use of hemorrhoids）;2 times/d at all. As results,in stopping pain and in detumescence the excellent effect rates of treatment group were all significantly higher than that of control group（80.0% vs 51.7%, P 〈0.05;86.7% vs 63.3%, P 〈0.05）. Results show that Zhi- tongning ointment is superior to Mayinglong shexiang zhichuang gao in stopping pain and detumescence.
