摘要
目的观察中药熏洗疗法在肛肠手术后的止痛疗效。通过中药熏洗坐浴的效应研究达到验证优化技术参数,最后形成技术规范,对疗效、适宜性和安全性进行评价。方法将200例肛肠疾病术后患者随机分为4组。在采用相同中药原液、熏洗方式的条件下,A组采用30℃熏洗15 min,B组采用30℃熏洗30 min,C组采用40℃熏洗15 min,D组采用40℃熏洗30 min,采用视觉模拟评分法记录各组患者疼痛情况。结果 D组止痛效果优于其他组,尤其对肛周脓肿、肛瘘患者止痛疗效更佳。结论痔疮术后患者采用40℃的温度进行中药熏洗15 min可有效缓解肛门伤口疼痛;肛瘘病及肛痈术后患者采用40℃的温度进行中药熏洗30 min可有效缓解肛门伤口疼痛。
Objective It is to observe the analgesic effect of TCM fumigation after anorectal surgery, thus to validate and optimize this technology indexes to make a standardization by effect study of TCM fumigation and hip bath, and to evaluate its curative effect, suitability and safety. Methods 200 cases of patients received anorectal surgery were randomly divided into four groups. In the same condition of TCM liquid and fumigation way, group A was fumigated for 15min at 30 ℃ , group B was fumigated for 30 min at 30 ℃ , group C was fumigated for 15 min at 40 ~C , group D was fumigated for 30 min at 40 ℃. The information of pain was recorded by visual analogue scales. Results The analgesic effect in group D was better than that in the other groups, especially for perianal abscess, anal fistula patients. Conclusion TCM fumigation and hip bathing for 15 min at 40 ℃ can obviously relieve wound pain of postoperative hemorrhoids patients, and that for 30 min at 40 ℃ can obviously relieve wound pain of postoperative anal fistula or welling-abscess patients.
