摘要
介绍了以硫酸渣和含氯废气为原料制备PFC的工艺,试验结果表明:在吸收时间90 min,液固比3∶1,粒度0.18 mm的最佳工艺条件下,铁的利用率可达82.47%。利用试验所得的FeCl3溶液制备出PFC液体产品,将其应用在废水处理中效果良好。该工艺为硫酸渣的利用和含氯废气的治理提供了一条可供借鉴的途径。
The tech.nology of taking sulfuric acid slag and chlorine gas as material to prepare PFC was introduced. The experiment results showed that with the optimized process factors of leaching time of 90 min, liquid - solid ratio of 3 : 1 and granularity of 0. 18 mm, the utilization rate of iron would be 82. 47%. Utilizing the FeC13 solution produced in the experiment, PFC liquid was prepared, which had a good effect in the wastewater disposal. This technology offered a reference approach for utilization of sulfuric acid slag and treatment of chlorine waste gas.
