摘要
研究了以富锰渣为原料,盐酸作浸出剂制备无水氯化锰的工艺条件。研究表明:采用定量分次加酸法,控制盐酸浓度为2 mol/L,盐酸用量为理论用量的180%,常温浸取1 h,浸出液经氧化萃取除铁,水解净化除硅、铝,硫化物除重金属,然后结晶、干燥,可制得无水氯化锰,其中氯化锰的质量分数为98.1%,锰的总收率达到79.3%。
The process conditions of preparing anhydrous manganese chloride were studied, which adopt manganese - rich slag as the raw material and use hydrochloric acid as the lixiviant. The research showed that: the anhydrous manganese chloride can be prepared,whose MnCl2 mass fraction is 98.1% and the total yield of manganese can reach 79.3% by adopting the above said process ,which is described as:add the hydrochloric acid (HCl) in turn with fixed amount to control its concentration at 2 mol/L; the dosage of HCl is 180% of theoretical dosage; lixiviate for 1 h at room temperature ; remove iron from the lixiviated liquid through oxidation and extraction;remove silicon and aluminium through hydrolysis and purification ;remove heavy metals through sulfide ;crystallization and desiccation.
