摘要
利用硫酸烧渣，进行了煤基直接还原生产直接还原团块的研究，提出了润磨造球—预热焙烧—磁选—冷固结成型的工艺流程。所得产品金属化率约为９４％，铁品位９０％，铁回收率９０％。直接还原铁粉冷固成型后可作电炉炼钢原料。
A novel process for producing direct reduction briquette using pyrite cinder as feed and through direct reduction by coal has been developed.The process consists of briquetting in humidifying grinding condition preheating roasting magnetic separation cold bounding.The product obtained using the process was reached following indexes:metallization rate of 94%,iron grade of 90% with recovery of 90%.Direct reduction iron powders could be used as raw feed for steelmaking by electric furnace sfter cold bounding.
