摘要 目的探讨宫颈癌组织中HIF-1α的表达与宫颈癌之间的关系。方法采用免疫组化法检测177例分期为pT1b的宫颈癌患者宫颈组织(观察组)及100例正常宫颈组织(对照组)中HIF-1α的表达。结果宫颈癌患者宫颈组织中HIF-1α的阳性率表达高达79.7%,对照组宫颈组织中HIF-1α的阳性率表达为0%。提示HIF-1α可作为宫颈癌早期筛查和诊断的一个重要参考标准。结论在宫颈癌早期存在着HIF-1α的高表达,因此HIF-1α可作为宫颈癌早期筛查和诊断的一个重要参考标准。 Objective To study the relationship between the expression of HIF-lαin cervical cancer tissue and cervical cancer. Methods The expression of HIF-lα in 177 cases of cervical cancer patients for pTlb cervical tissue (the observation group) and 100 with normal cervical tissue (control group) were detected with immunohistochemical method. Results The expression of HIF-lα of cervical cancer was 79.70//00 and the control group was 00/60. Conclusion HIF-lα can be used as cervical cancer screening and early diagnosis of an important reference standard.
