PET/PTT共混合金等温冷结晶动力学研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)研究了聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)/聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯(PTT)共混合金的冷结晶性能,并用Avrami方程研究了共混合金的等温冷结晶动力学。结果表明,在不同温度下,PET/PTT共混合金具有相似的结晶行为;但随着冷结晶温度的升高,共混合金的结晶速率增大,达到一定的相对结晶度所需要的时间缩短;PTT中加入少量PET组分,会使结晶速率减小,不利于形成结晶;Avrami指数都大于4且为非整数,说明在冷结晶条件下,共混合金具有复杂的成核方式和生长维度。 The isothermal cold-crystallization properties of poly (ethylene terephthalate)/poly (trimethylene terephthalate) (PET/PTT) blending alloy were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and the data derived from the experiments was treated by Avrami equation. The results suggeste that the polymer alloy had similar crystallization behaviors at different temperatures, but the crystallization rate increased with increasing cold-crystallization temperatures, and the crystallization time needed by the sample to establish the same relative degree of crystallinty also decreased. Furthermore, when a small amount of PET was added to the PTT, the crystallization rate of the blending allot decreased. The Avrami exponents were bigger than 4 and non-integers, it is indicated that the nucleation mode and the growth dimensions of the PET/PTT alloy were comolex under the condition of cold-crystallization.
