摘要
采用相分离法制备聚己内酯/壳聚糖(PCL/CS)多孔复合支架,探索了制备温度对支架结晶度、形貌、结构组分和力学性能的影响。结果表明:升高温度有利于提高PCL的结晶度,在50℃时结晶度达到最大;升高温度有利于增加PCL/CS支架中CS的含量,并促进PCL与CS之间的相互作用;抗压性能测试表明PCL/CS复合支架材料的刚度和杨氏模量随着温度的升高而升高。
The polycaprolacton/chitosan porous composite scaffolds are prepared by phase separation. The effects of temperature on the crystallinity, the morphology, the structure and mechanical properties of the scaffolds are studied. The results show that the temperature raising is beneficial for the increase of PCL crystallinity,and when the temperature reaches 50℃, the crystallinity is up to the maximum; the content of CS in scaffolds increases with the increase of temperature, and the temperature affects the interaction between PCL and CS; the compression test indicates the stiffness and Young's modulus of the PCL/CS composite scaffolds increase with the temperature increasing.
