摘要
开发了一种新型用于界面聚合的荷电纳滤膜,在聚醚砜超滤膜上复合一层薄的选择层,并使其具有纳滤膜的结构和特征。以2,5-二氨基苯磺酸(DIA)和均苯三甲酰氯(TMC)为反应单体,采用均匀设计法,通过界面聚合制备荷负电纳滤膜。得出的优化条件为:2,5-二氨基苯磺酸浓度为0.75%,十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)浓度为0.15%,酸接受剂[V(Na2CO3):V(NaOH)=2:1]浓度为0.15%,界面聚合反应时间(IPT)为3 min。膜对一价盐的截留率均为40%,对二价盐的截留率接近80%,对低分子有机染料的截留率达90%以上。
A new charged nanofiltration membrane was presented to apply in interfacial polymerization.The purpose is to coat a thin polypiperazing-amide layer onto polyethersuffone uhrafiltration membrane which has the morphology and functionality of nanofiltration membrane.Taking 2,5-diaminobenzene sulphonic acid(DIA) and trimesoyl chloride as reactive monomers,and using uniform design method,charged nanofiltration membrane was prepared by interfacial polymerization.The optimization preparation conditions are as follows: mass friction of DIA is 0.75%,that of SDS is 0.15 %,that of acid accepters(Na) is 0.15%,and the reacting time is 3 minutes.With the conditions,the retention rate of the membrane to NaCl and KCl both are 40%,that of the membrane to MgCl2 is 80%,and that of the membrane to the organic dyes with small molecule mass is more than 90%.
