摘要
目的 观察转化生长因子 β1(TGF β1)在胆管愈合过程中的表达和分布 ,探讨其在良性胆管狭窄形成过程中的作用及意义。方法 通过制作犬胆管损伤修复模型 ,术后采用免疫组化SP法对TGF β1在胆管愈合过程不同时期组织中的表达和分布进行研究。结果 TGF β1主要表达于肉芽组织、成纤维细胞、巨噬细胞及血管内皮细胞。TGF β1术后各期表达均较强 ,且持续较长时间。结论 TGF β1高表达是造成胆管愈合过程成纤维细胞增殖旺盛、细胞外基质过度沉积及瘢痕增生的重要因素。
WT6,5”] Objective To observe the expression and distribution of transforming growth factor-β 1 (TGF-β 1) in the healing process of bile duct and discuss its function and significance in the process of benign biliary stricture formation. Methods An injury to bile duct of dog was made and then repaired. The expression and distribution of TGF-β 1 in the tissue at different time of the healing process were studied after operation with immunohistochemical SP staining. Results TGF-β 1 staining was observed in the granulation tissue, fibroblasts and endothelial cells of blood vessels. High expression of TGF-β 1 was observed in the healing process lasting for a long time. [WT5”HZ]Conclusion The high expression of TGF-β 1 is related closely with the fibroblast proliferating activity, extracellular matrix overdeposition and scar proliferation in the healing process of bile duct.
