摘要
水中溶解氧含量的测定对于保证火力发电厂锅炉安全具有重要的意义。提出了一种基于电极氧化-还原反应原理的微量溶解氧检测方法,并设计了便携式微量溶解氧检测仪。该检测仪基于ARM9处理器以及嵌入式Linux操作系统,以Qt/E作为GUI提供人机界面,能够对水体中溶解氧的含量进行精确测量。我们选用了北京华科仪电力仪表研究所研发的HK-258型溶解氧检测仪与自制检测仪进行实际测量对比,从而得出结论:自制溶解氧检测仪具有稳定可靠的性能并且测量精度高,在实际应用中具有很高的实用价值。
Measurements of dissolved oxygen in water is of great significance for ensuring the thermal power plants safety.Based on the electrode oxidation-reduction reaction reaction,this paper proposes a trace amount of dissolved oxygen detection method,and a portable trace amount of dissolved oxygen detector is designed.The detector is based on the ARM9 processor and the embedded Linux operation system,and takes Qt/E as embedded GUI to build the man-machine interface.It can accomplish accurate measurements of the dissolved oxygen.The actual value of dissolved oxygen is measured using the proposed detector,and the comparison of the result between the HK-258 instrument with the proposed system shows that the proposed detector has the advantages of reliability,stability and high accuracy,which has a high practical value.
