Determination of lead and cadmium in laver by stripping voltammetry based on bismuth film modified glassy carbon electrode

摘要 考察并优化铋膜修饰电极差分脉冲溶出伏-安法测定Pb、Cd的条件.采用差分脉冲溶出伏-安法,以铋膜修饰玻碳电极为工作电极对Pb、Cd进行测定,并利用紫菜质控样品进行方法评价.当使用pH=5.0的0.1 mol·L^-1的HAc-NaAc为底液,富集电位为-1.2V,富集时间180 s,Pb、Cd溶出峰在0~200ug·L^-1范围呈良好线性关系,检出限分别为2.1×10^-6 g·L^-1、1.5×10^-6g·L^-1,RSD分别为2.59%、3.82%,回收率在98.8%~103.2%.经实验验证,该法仪器简单、环保,操作简便,可实现多种元素的连续快速测定. To investigate and optimize the experiment conditions of determining lead and cadmium with bismuth film modified glassy carbon electrode. Glassy carbon electrode was modified by bismuth film for the determination of lead and cad mium in laver by differential pulse stripping voltammetry. 0. 1mol · L^-1 HAc-NaAc(pH= 5.0)was used as substrate. When preconcentration potential was -1.2 V and preconcentration time was 180s, the oxidation peak currents showed linearly with the concentration of lead and cadmium over the range from 0 to 200μg · L^-1. The detection limit of lead and cadmium were 2.1×10^-6g· L^-1 and 1.5×10^-6g· L^-1. The RSDwere 2.59% and 3.82%, respectively. The recovery rate was in ranges of 98.8% and 103.2%. The apparatus is simple and Harmless to the environment. The experiemts show that the method is easy to operate, and it can be realized that many elements were determined continuously and rapidly.
