摘要
介绍了研究微量溶解氧检测仪及工作原理,工作系统的硬件电路设计,极化电压产生电路、信号采集电路、温度补偿电路、串行通信电路的设计,溶解氧传感器的工作原理和内部结构设计。该系统以ATmega128单片机为核心进行电路控制和信号处理,抗干扰能力强。对仪器进行零氧值测量,并与瑞士orbisphere仪表进行对比试验,证明自制仪器的性能可靠稳定,测量精度高,达到了μg/L级溶解氧测量的要求,适于火力发电厂的锅炉用水氧含量的检测。
Based on the introduction of the operating principle and system of the trace amount of digital dissolved oxygen analytical instrument,the design of the hardware circuits,polarization voltage generating circuit,signal acquisition circuits,temperature compensation circuits,serial communication circuit,internal structure and the operating principle of the dissolved oxygen sensor have also been introduced.The instrument deals with signals and controls circuits by a MCU ATmega128 with high anti-interference performance.The experiment of comparison Zero oxygen values with the instrument of Swiss orbisphere proves the reliability,stability and high accuracy to reach the request of dissolved oxygen measurement of the homemade instrument which adapts to the oxygen content measurement of the boiler water in thermal power plants.
