摘要 大量维生素K2的基础研究及临床应用研究展示了其在维护广泛人群骨健康方面的基础性作用。本文根据文献,从维生素K的种类、分布、来源、人体存在的维生素K2匮乏、维生素K2在人体骨代谢中的作用机制及与常见抗骨质疏松药物联合应用等方面做了较全面的综述,为包括日趋凸显的老年性骨质疏松患者及其他更广泛人群的骨亚健康的预防及治疗策略提供较完整的认识及新的方法与途径。 An overview with ref. 74 refer to the classification, distribution, source of the vitamin K, and their function and application on bone health. Vitamin K-insufficiency should be a basic and key factor for human bone. As a kind of vitamin K, the menaquinones is more efficient and sensitive to bone than phylloquinone, especially in the synergistic effect of menaquinones with mostly anti-osteoporotic and osteoporosis patient with other disease.
