摘要
随着世界人口逐渐老龄化,骨质疏松症发病率也呈上升趋势,成为威胁中老年人健康的慢性病之一,是目前越来越被关注的公众健康问题。近来其药物治疗进展迅速,本文分别就骨吸收抑制剂、骨形成促进剂、兼有抑制骨吸收和促进骨形成药物、骨矿化作用的药物和中药,尤其对新近研发的药物在预防和治疗骨质疏松症中的作用进行介绍。
The incident rate of osteoporosis increases along with the population aging of the world. This has been one of the chronic diseases threatening to the health of the middle-aged and elderly people. It becomes a public health problem attracting more and more attention recently. Currently the drug treatment to osteoporosis develops fast. This review discusses mainly the effects of drugs for prevention and treatment of osteoporosis, including those of bone absorption inhibitors, bone formation stimulators, drugs combined with inhibition and stimulation and bone mineralization effects, traditional Chinese medicines, and especially the drugs developed recently.
