抗癫痫药与骨健康 被引量:5

摘要 现已明确癫痫患者可因发作跌倒,特别是抗癫痫药(AEDs)通过对维生素D、甲状旁腺素等影响而对骨代谢产生不良影响作用,使患者骨折危险性增加2倍以上。临床上应对长期服用AEDs的患者进行骨矿密度等监测,适当活动、补充维生素D、钙剂可改善患者骨健康,降低骨折发生率。
