摘要
报告4例使用五苓散加减治疗伴有水肿症状的皮肤病,疗效满意。该4例患者分别为慢性复发性丹毒、淋巴水肿、结节性血管炎、红皮病低蛋白血症水肿,4例患者均存在不同程度的水肿症状。五苓散在治疗伴有水肿症状的皮肤病时,结合发生水肿的部位可配相应的引经药物,下肢合用三妙丸(牛膝、黄柏、苍术)或根类药物;上肢加用姜黄、桑枝、桂枝等;全身皆肿可加用五皮饮(陈皮、茯苓皮、生姜皮、桑白皮、大腹皮)等,如若兼有小便不利,口渴欲饮之症更是五苓散使用的适应症。
All the 4 dermatologic disease cases accompanied with edema symptom. They were cured with the modified Wulingsan and win a satisfied result. When treat dermatologic disease pacients accompanied with edema symptom,we can use matched messenger drug according to hydropic location. Lower extremities accord to Triple Magic Pill,including achyranthis, phellodendron amurense and atractylodes and some root drug. Upper extremity accord to curcuma, mulberry twig and ramulus cinnamomi. All over the body edema accord to Five Peel Decoction, including orange peel, indian bread exodermis, zingiberis peer, cortex and areca peel. If he accompany difficulty in micturition and thirsty, it was the right indication of Wulingsan.
