摘要
梳理古代著名医家对疫疠大头瘟辨治的成功经验,大头瘟以治火为先;因疠踞高位,宜用升药,既清兼散,其治应先缓后急。文献资料提示使用频率最高的药物为黄芩、石膏、升麻、柴胡等,为中医防治现代传染性疫病提供有益的借鉴。
Let＇s summarize the ancient famous doctors＇successful experience in the treatment of epidemic disease characterized by swelling and redness of face. If you want to treat epidemic disease characterized by swelling and redness of face, you must treat fire-evil first. Infectious damp heat is in the upper body, so we should take rising medicine, which can not only treat the severe heat symptom but also free coursing, the treatment should be abirritative first and later. The medicine, which we use most frequently are baical skullcap root, cypsum fibrosum, cimicifugae and Bupleurum chinese and so on. All that provide beneficial way to treat modern infectious loemia with ancient Chinese medicines.
