摘要
研制出为铜的精细焊接提供预热的脉冲绿光激光器。采用直型平行平面谐振腔和腔内倍频技术,在谐振腔内插入布儒斯特玻片和倒置望远镜,用氙灯泵浦Nd∶YAG/KTP,得到预期的单脉冲绿光能量。在电流模式下,设定输入电流180 A,脉宽2 ms,所得到的绿光单脉冲能量为255.4 mJ,倍频效率为5.78%,能量稳定性达±2%,满足铜精细焊接的预热需求。
The present study constitutes an attempt to develop a pulse green laser to provide preheating for micro-welding of copper. Using an intracavity- frequency-doubled laser with a linear plane-plane resonator, where a Brewster plate and an inverted telescope are inserted, we obtain a green laser beam with a Xe light pumps Nd:YAG/KTP. Specifically, when the pump current is set at 180 A and the pulse width at 2 ms, a green laser beam with pulse energy of 255.4 mJ,frequency doubling efficiency of 5.78% and energy stability of +2% is acquired, which meets the preheating need of copper micro-welding.
