摘要
文中报道了一种测量腔片、玻片及其它试样在3.39μm谱线处的透射率、反射率的光学测量仪器。此仪器可测量试样在不同角度下的透射率、反射率,通过菲涅耳公式可计算出试样的吸收系数、折射率等光学参量。
?An optical measurer, which can measure3. 39μm infrared ray transmissivity and reflectivityof glass--plate, cavity-plate and other opticalsamples, is reported in this paper. The measurer canmeasure the transmissivity and reflectivity of thesesamples under different angles, by Fresnel formula,the absorptivity, the refractivity and other opticalparameters would be computed.
