摘要
报道了新型角隅谐振腔激光器,YAG/KTP双波长(λ1=1.06μm,λ2=0.532μm)输出.每个脉冲能量分别为100mJ和40mJ,重复频率1~30pps.光束发散角≤1mrad。该激光器采用角隅谐振腔,可在振动环境下保持胜型不变,即输出稳定,脉冲能量起伏≤±2%.可广泛应用于振动环境下工作,也可应用到医疗领域的各个学科。
This paper reports a novel corner-matched resonator YAG/KTP 1aser withtwo wavelengths (λ1=1.06μm, λ2=0. 532 μm). The output pulse energy of the laseris 1O0 mJ and 4O mJ respectively, repetition rate is 1~30 pulses per second (pps) andbeam divergence is 1ess than 1 mrad. Used the corner-matched resonator, the 1aser canwork stably and reliably under vibrating conditi0n. The energy f]uctuation 0f the laserpu1se is smaller than 2%.
