摘要
基于纺织服装企业供应链的特点,本文应用SCOR模型对纺织服装企业在供应链环境下的物流流程进行分析和评价,从分销物流角度,考虑多工厂、多产品、多客户环境下的纺织服装企业集群式供应链,建立供应链下的分销物流网络模型,对纺织服装企业物流进行流程优化。在实证中,以武汉红人集团为例,通过采用启发式算法与传统的分枝定界法相结合的方法构建其分销物流网络,从而实现物流流程的优化。
Based on the characteristics of the supply chains for enterprises of textile and garment, the paper analyzes and evaluates an enterprise＇s logistics process with the model of supply chain operation reference. From the aspect of distribution, a model of distribution networks for supply chain is constructed with thinking of such factors as multi-plant, multi-product, multi-client, and cluster supply chain, which is used to optimize the logistics process of enterprises of textile and garment. In an empirical study, the model is to be applied to optimize of its logistics process for the company HONGREN Group through the algorithm of combine the Heuristic algorithm and Branch- Bound method.
