摘要
集群式供应链源于产业集群和价值链理论。集群式供应链是一个复杂的物流价值链体系,从价值链角度进行集群式供应链优化,利用价值分析工具对集群企业间供应链物流活动(采购物流、生产物流、销售物流、逆向物流)进行价值量化,建立目标为最优成本投入比例的模糊线性规划模型,可确立供应链上各个物流活动的价值贡献,进而重建一条更为优化的物流价值链,以实现物流价值的增值(即物流成本的降低),提升集群企业供应链物流一体化的竞争优势。
The concept cluster supply chain is from the theory of industrial cluster and value chain.And cluster supply chain is a complex logistics value chain system.From the view of value chain,the authors analyze the driving factors of cluster supply chain,and propose the logistics value chain model of cluster supply chain.Through the model,the key logistics activities in cluster enterprises and cluster supply chain are identified,and then the value contribution of these activities are determined for overall enterprises activities.Furthermore,an optimization model of logistics value chain is constructed consists of value analysis and fuzzy linear programming.
