摘要
用人单位与毕业生关于大学生就业素质重要性的态度存在一定差异:用人单位更重视求职者的社交能力等软素质,而毕业生更重视专业知识等硬素质;用人单位更重视毕业生的体育特长、实习和工作经验、合作态度以及面试表现,而毕业生对这些就业素质的重要性认识不足。
This paper is about the discrepancy between employers' understanding of vital job qualities and that of college graduates'. Employers lay more stress on soft qualities such as social ability whereas college graduates put more emphasis on hard qualities such as professional knowledge. Employers usually think highly of applicants sport specialty, internship and work experience, cooperation and of their performance at interview, yet unfortunately college graduates fail to see the importance of such job qualities.
