摘要
近年来,"女大学生就业难"的说法引起了社会的普遍关注,针对此说法本研究选取华东理工大学商学院07级504个样本并对其性别与就业单位质量的关系进行了实证研究。研究结果表明:上海高校女大学生获取的就业单位质量优于男生;上海高校女大学生的英语水平优于男大学生的英语水平,女生的社会工作奖多于男生的社会工作奖,但是英语水平和社会工作奖与就业单位质量的获得不相关。
Abstract: In recent years, the-female-university-student-get-job-difficuhly view has aroused society's universal interest. To prove this view we have an empirical research aiming to find the relationship between gender and the quality of company which they'll work in by analyzing 504 samples who graduate in 2007 from the Business School in East China University of Science and Technology. The result indicates: In Shanghai, female university students may obtain higher quality of company than male students; The English level in female is commonly higher than male's and female students' social work prizes are more than male's , but proficiency in English and the number of social work prize don't relate to the quality of company.
