摘要
本研究报告主要通过资料分析、专家咨询、问卷调查、座谈会、个别访谈和深入企业用人单位实地调查等方法获取第一手资料,并在此基础上从用人单位、高校历届毕业生、高校就业指导部门、应届大学毕业生、大学新生等多个维度分析了专业教育及存在的主要问题对大学就业的影响,由此得出结论:专业知识已成为大学生就业的先决条件,实践经历和能力水平也逐渐成为影响大学生就业的重要因素。同时提出了有针对性的改进措施和建议。
The report gets first-hand data through multiple methods, including document analysis, export consultations, questionnaires, group interviews, individual interviews and on-site visits to enterprises. Based on the data, the report examines the relationship between university professional education and university students＇ employment from the perspectives of different stakeholders, such as enterprises, ＇graduates of previous years, career guidance departments of universities, new graduates and freshmen. The report concludes that the grasp of professional knowledge has become a prerequisite condition for the employment of university students, and experience and ability have gradually become crucial factors in the employment of university students. The report also analyzes the main problems in university profession education, and proposes suggestions for improvement.
