摘要
中国石油大庆石油化工公司炼油厂的汽油加氢精制装置于 1998年 4月首次应用了国内先进的RN 10型加氢精制催化剂。一年半的使用结果表明 ,与RN 1催化剂相比 ,RN 10催化剂具有初始反应温度低 ,温升速度慢 ,平衡剂床层平均反应温度低 ,可操作性强等特点。应用RN 10催化剂的装置加工量可大幅度提高。石脑油产品可达到 1A级标准 ,色度号提高
The RN 10 hydrofining catalyst was firstly used in the gasoline hydrofining unit in the refinery of Daqing Petroleum Company in April,1998.Compared to the RN 1,the RN 10 is characterized by low initial reaction temperature,low rate of temperature rise,low equilibrium reaction temperature and strong operability.The capacity of the unit with RN 10 can be largely enhanced.The product naphtha reaches grade 1A standard,while the colority enhances by over 30 unit.
