摘要 叙述了新一代加氢精制RN-10催化剂从设计开发到工业应用的过程。以高硫的中东油、高氮的胜利催化裂化柴油为原料,新开发的RN-10催化剂脱硫、脱氮活性高于催化剂RN-1,1500h的中试寿命试验说明RN-10催化剂具有良好的加氢活性及稳定性。此剂于1997年4月在广州石油化工总厂200kt/a的催化裂化柴油加氢装置上首次工业应用。工业装置的初期标定结果表明,RN-10催化剂可加工伊朗直馏煤油、重油催化裂化柴油混合油(60%重油催化裂化柴油:40%蜡油催化裂化柴油),在低压和较低的反应温度下,可提高装置的处理量,获得与RN-1催化剂相同的精制效果,并能从重油催化裂化柴油混合油获得硫含量<0. The course of developing a new generation hydrotreating catalyst RN 10 for distillates is introduced. Using the FCC LCOs from high sulfur content Mid East crude and high nitrogen content Shengli crude as testing feeds, the relative HDS and HDN activities of RN 10 were higher in comparison with the reference catalyst RN 1. The 1 500 h life test indicated that RN 10 catalyst had high hydrogenation activity as well as good stability. RN 10 catalyst was first commercially applied in a 200 kt/a hydrotreating unit with FCC LCO feedstock at Guangzhou General Petrochemical Complex in April 1997. The initial test run results showed that Iranian straight run kerosene and mixed gas oil of RFCC LCO and FCC LCO in a ratio of 60 to 40 could be processed, and the hydrorefining effect was equal to that of RN 1 catalyst at lower pressure and temperature with higher throughput. The commercial results also exhibited that a premium diesel with sulfur content less than 0.05% could be obtained from hydrotreating of RFCC LCO with RN 10 catalyst.
