摘要
介绍福建炼油化工有限公司加氢精制装置中RN-10催化剂器内稀释空气烧焦再生过程及防腐措施。通过比较再生后催化剂和新鲜催化剂的运行数据,说明RN-10催化剂具有良好的再生稳定性,采用器内稀释空气烧焦再生技术有利于恢复催化剂的活性。在再生过程中通过注碱液、注氨和注缓蚀剂等措施,能够有效地防止再生烟气对设备的腐蚀,防止碱脆现象发生和盐类结晶析出堵塞管道。
The in situ regeneration of RN-10 hydrofining catalyst by diluent air, and the corrosion prevention measures of the hydrofining unit in Fujian Refinery and Petrochemical Company were introduced.. Through comparing the operation data of fresh catalyst and regenerated catalyst, which showed that RN-10 catalyst had good regeneration stability. Adopting the technology of the in situ regeneration with diluent air could help resume the activity of the catalyst.
