行气活血法联合西药治疗ⅢA型前列腺炎气滞血瘀证患者疗效观察 被引量：4

摘要 目的:观察"桃红泽兰汤联合乳酸左氧氟沙星分散片和吲哚美辛肠溶片"治疗ⅢA型前列腺炎气滞血瘀证患者的临床疗效。方法:收集ⅢA型前列腺炎气滞血瘀证患者240例,随机分为2组,治疗组120例给予"桃红泽兰汤联合乳酸左氧氟沙星分散片和吲哚美辛肠溶片"治疗;对照组120例给予"乳酸左氧氟沙星分散片和吲哚美辛肠溶片"治疗,4周为1个疗程,共1个疗程。结果:1个疗程后治疗组有效率87.27%,对照组有效率64.86%,经统计分析,两组疗效差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:"桃红泽兰汤联合乳酸左氧氟沙星分散片和吲哚美辛肠溶片"治疗ⅢA型前列腺炎气滞血瘀证的临床疗效明显优于"乳酸左氧氟沙星分散片和吲哚美辛肠溶片",行气活血法联合西药治疗能有效改善患者临床症状,提高生活质量。
