摘要
目的观察中西医结合护理对腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)患者的疗效。方法将68例LC患者随机分为2组。对照组34例予常规护理,观察组34例在对照组护理基础上进行中西医结合护理。结果观察组术后肛门平均排气时间、腹胀平均消失时间均较对照组提前(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对LC患者进行中西医结合护理,是减少LC后并发症发生的重要保证。
Objective To investigate the effect of the integrated traditional and western nursing on patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy .Methods 68 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into observation group and control group ,each group was 34 cases.Control group were given routine nurse .On the basis of conventional nursing ,the observation group received integrated traditional and western nursing .Results Average a-nal exhaust time ,bloating average disappearance time in observation group was shorter than that in control group （ P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of observed patients＆#39;postoperative complications were obviously lower than those of the con-trol group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The integrated traditional and western nursing on patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy is the important guarantee to reduce the complications of laparo -scopic cholecystectomy .
