摘要
统计了2012年11—12月国内发生的各种生产安全事故186起,其中包括矿业事故、交通事故、爆炸事故、火灾、毒物泄漏与中毒和其他事故。统计表明,在186起事故中,交通事故占60.75%,矿业事故占10.22%,火灾占4.30%,爆炸事故占3.25%,毒物泄漏与中毒占3.25%,其他事故占18.28%。186起事故共死亡765人,伤547人。死亡人数的百分比分别为交通事故63.66%,矿业事故15.42%,火灾3.53%,爆炸事故4.84%,毒物泄漏与中毒2.61%,其他事故9.93%;受伤人数的百分比分别为交通事故70.20%,爆炸事故10.42%,矿业事故7.50%,毒物泄漏与中毒1.65%,火灾5.67%,其他事故4.57%。2012年11—12月生产安全事故发生较多的5个省、自治区分别为四川(21起)、广东(17起)、云南(11起)、广西(11起)、湖南(10起);死亡人数较多的5个省分别为四川(77人)、云南(61人)、贵州(59人)、广东(54人)、湖南(49人);受伤人数较多的5个省、自治区分别为四川(97人)、山西(71人)、陕西(45人)、新疆(40人)、河南(36人)。
The present paper reports the statistical data and analysis of industrial accidents in China during the period from November to December in 2012. There are 186 accidents in total, which can be summarized and classified into six categories： mining industry, traf- fic, explosion, leakage and poisoning, fire, and the others. Of all the 186 accidents, the percentages of the six categories can be illus- trated according to their frequency order 10.22%, 60.75%, 3.25%, 3.25%, 4.30%, and 18.28% respectively. The total ca- sualty is 765 and the percentages for the six categories are 15.42%, 63.66% , 4.84% , 2.61% , 3.53% , and9.93% respectively. The number of the wounded is 547 and the percentages for the six cate- gories are 7.50%, 70.20%, 10.42%, 1.65%, 5.67%, and 4.57 % respectively. The analyses of the statistics show that the top five provinces, autonomous region with the highest accident number are： Sichuan （21 accidents）, Guangdong （17）, Yunnan （ 11 ）, Guangxi （11 ）, and Hunan （10）. The top five provinces with the largest casualty number are ： Sichuan （ 77 dead ）, Yunnan （ 61 ）, Guizhou（59）, Guangdong（54）, and Hunan （49）. And the top five provinces and autonomous region with the biggest wounded number are： Sichuan （97 wounded）, Shanxi（71）, Shaanxi（45）, Xinjiang （40） and Henan（36） .
