摘要
针对国外项目现场HSE管理的特殊性及管控难点,对HSE管控方式进行分析,提出了HSE管理要有务实策划,定期组织现场HSE培训,重视事前预防,建立优良的现场团队和管理团队等建议。
Aimed at difficult on particularity of on-site HSE management of overseas project and its difficult on management and eontrol, this paper makes an analysis on the mode of HSE management and control, and put forwards such suggests as plan origanization on HSE management, regular training on site, precaution in advance and establish of perfect on-site team and management team.
