从选择承包商、签订施工合同,到对承包商施工现场的监督、竣工验收等方面,对榆林一济南天然气管道工程项目中承包商的全过程HSE管理进行了探讨。
This paper discusses the contractor HSE management in the process of Yulin-Jinan natural gas pipeline construction project from selecting contractors, signing contract, supervising contractors onsite and as-bulit acceptance.
