摘要
针对国际工程总承包国外营地存在面积较小,条件简陋,营地设施与人员相对集中,且封闭管理的特点,从生活后勤、办公条件、安全、医疗、营地风险管控等方面分析了国际工程总承包项目营地管理的内容和应注意的问题。
Foreign camp of international EPC project has the properties of small area, rough condition, the centralized facilities and personnel and closed management, the paper analyzes contents of international EPC camp management and notes from the aspects of living logistics, office conditions, safety, medical treatment and camp risk management and control etc.
