摘要
心理契约是连接员工和组织的心理枢纽,影响着员工行为、态度的方方面面,同时心理契约具有鲜明的时代特征。通过对陕西省高校馆员294个样本的实证调研,了解Lib2.0时代馆员心理契约的主要内容,并使用层次分析法确定馆员心理契约指标权重,根据调查分析结果从图书馆责任和馆员责任两方面提出改善馆员心理契约的建议。
Psychological contract, with distinctive characteristic of the times, is the psychological hub between employees and organizations. It has an impact on em samples from the university libraries in plo Sh yee's behavior and attitude of all aspects. Through the empirical research on 294 anxi Province, the paper presents the main content of librarian psychological contract under Lib2.0, determines the weight of librarian psychological contract index by using analytic hierarchy process. According to the survey, it makes suggestions to improve librarian psychological contract from the perspective of library duty and librarian responsibility.
