摘要
在展示高校分校区图书馆员工作状态的基础上,对职业与契约概念、职业易变产生的原因进行阐述,通过榜样激励、反思自省、励志约束的思考,以积极开展职业认同与培训、心理契约相互认知、契约恪守宣传的实际行动,达到提高馆员综合素质、促进图书馆组织与个体可持续发展局面的形成。
Based on the impressions of branch campuses librarians working status,this article's concept includes:career and contract principle,the reason of instability,the incentive generated by the model to reflect the thinking process of introspection and inspiration. Based on actively carrying out vocational identity and training,the mutual understanding of psychological contract,the author uses practical action to promote integrity in order to improve the overall quality of librarians,and to promote organization and individual sustainable development.
