摘要
目的观察FOLFOX6方案联合鸦胆子油乳治疗转移性大肠癌的临床疗效和毒副反应。方法 41例转移性大肠癌患者随机分为2组,治疗组采用FOLFOX6方案联合鸦胆子油乳治疗,对照组仅采用FOL-FOX6方案化疗,比较观察2组的临床疗效和毒副反应。结果治疗组、对照组有效率分别为50.0%和42.9%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组骨髓抑制发生率为45.0%,低于对照组的71.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组生活质量改善率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 FOLFOX6方案联合鸦胆子油乳治疗转移性大肠癌有效,可提高患者的生活质量和减轻化疗毒副反应。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy and toxicities of FOLFOX6 regimen combined with bruceolic oil emulsion in the treatment of metastatic large intestine carcinoma. Methods Forty one patients with metastatic large intestine carcinoma were divided into two groups, the 20 patients in the treatment group were treated with FOL- FOX6 regimen and bruceolic oil emulsion, the 21 patients in the control group were treated with FOLFOX6 regimen, the efficacy and toxicities of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rates in the treatment group and the control group were 50.0% and 42.9% respectively, there was no significant difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The incidence of bone marrow suppression in the treatment group （ 45.0% ） was significantly lower than that in the control group （71.4%） （P 〈 0.05 ）. The improvement rate of quality of life in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion FOLFOX6 regimen combined with bruceolic oil emulsion is effective in the treatment of metastatic large intestine carcinoma, it can improve the quality of life and reduce the chemotherapy related toxicities.
