摘要
目的构建手术室专科护士的培训大纲。方法2012年7月1日一11月1日应用德尔菲法向20名护理专家就构建手术室专科护士培训大纲的问题进行2轮专家函询。结果2轮专家函询后，专家的积极系数是95％和100％，权威系数是0．86和0．89，大纲包括10个一级条目和38个二级条目，各条目的重要性赋值都〉4．0，变异系数都〈O．25。结论专家的积极性和权威程度较高，意见的集中程度和对指标评价一致性较高，函询结果具有科学性和可靠性，为手术室专科护士的培训提供理论依据。
Objective To construct the training system of specialized nurses in operation room. Meth- ods The Delphi method was used to organize two rounds of consultations by 20 experts from July 1st to Nov. 1st 2012. Results In the two rounds of expert consultations,experts＇ positive coefficients were 95% and 100%, the authoritative coefficients of experts were 0.86 and 0.89. The evaluation system included l0 first level entries and 38 second-level entries,all entries＂ importance assignment was more than 4.0,all variable coefficients were less than 0.25. Conclusions The positivity and authority of experts in this study were in high degree,the concentration and harmonization of expertsj opinions were relatively high,all entries＂ weight were relatively high. So the system has high scientific nature and reliability to provide a the- oretical basis for specialized nurses in operation room.
