摘要
外籍教师来华从事高等教育教学工作,有利于培养专业学科领域的高水平国际化人才,提升高等教育的国际化进程。通过问卷调查及个案访谈可以较为详细地了解当前外籍教师的教学方法、教学内容、教学效果及岗前培训情况。从外籍教师教学工作和高校相关管理部门管理工作两方面为出发点,提出高校外籍教师需要加强对中国历史文化和高校学生学习方式的深入了解,不断提高自身教学素质,以及高校管理部门和人员需要完善对外籍教师的招聘、培训和考评工作等建议。
Foreign teachers e international talents in professional ngaged in higher education teaching subject areas of high level and enhance to China,is beneficial to cuhivate the process of internationalization of higher education.By the method of questionnaire survey and case interview,we can understand of the current foreign teachers＇ teaching methods, teaching content,teaching effectiveness, and pre-job training, and analyze the problems and causes in teaching and management.Then we make the two aspects of foreign teachers＇ teaching situation and university administrational situation as the starting point. In order to improve the teaching effectiveness of geopolitical universities foreign teachers in Liaoning Province,we put forward effective improvement measures.
