摘要
欧美大学与政府权能关系的演变经历了四个发展阶段,走出了一条从大学自主到大学与政府合作的发展之路。探究这一演变历程,对改善当今中国大学与政府的关系提供了有益的启示,具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。
The evolutionary power relation between universities and government in the west has undergone four development phases. It has also made a way from university autonomy to cooperation between universities and government. Probing into such evolutionary course will help us improve the relationship between universities and government in China, which is of both theoretical and practical signifi-
cance.
